Performance
This SUV comes with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 290 horsepower and 257-pound feet. The engine has an eight-speed automatic transmission system that has two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive options. This enables it to tow up to a maximum of 7200 pounds. It also comes with a Quadra lift adaptive air suspension that can be configured to handle different situations and terrains. It provides a ground clearance of eight inches when it is in normal ride height, with the different off-road settings providing an excess of 1.6 inches and 2.4 inches.
The park mode setting lowers the height by 1.8 inches compared to the normal ride mode, while the aero mode reduces this by 0.8 inches.
Safety and Technology
The Grand Cherokee also comes with top-of-the-line driver assistance software and safety features to keep the driver and occupants safe during a drive. Some of the driver assistance features include collision warning, an emergency braking system, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and a lane departure warning. It also has rear cross-path detection and a blind-spot monitoring feature.
